Course Overview
This course provides delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of project management. The course will clarify what constitutes a project and identify the core principles of project management. The contents of the course will be structured upon a generic project lifecycle, from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover and Closeout. It follows the APM syllabus and focuses on preparing delegates to use project management best practices back in the work environment.
