Objective

• Identify and use the different component parts of the coaching cycle
• Consider delegation as a staff motivational tool
• Plan a delegate project
• Use a simple problem solving structure

This course is ideally designed for supervisors, team leaders and managers who have gained experience within their role but have
received little or no formal training. Especially suitable for people willing to embrace new ideas and adapt or enhance their people
management style and skills.
