About the Course:

A professional qualification:
The APMP is a professional qualification that recognises an individual’s knowledge and experience in Project Management. It is awarded by the Association for Project Management, the UK professional project management association. It is designed for Project Management professionals in any industry. Successful candidates may use the designation APMP after their name.

The syllabus for this event is based on the 5th edition of the Body of Knowledge from the Association for Project Management.

If successful delegates wish to receive membership of the Association, they are required to submit an application. The £80 registration fee is waived if they apply for membership of the Association within SIX weeks from the date of the Result Letter.

Please note that delegates will be challenged with evening work after the daily classroom sessions. While we recommend that delegates attend on a residential basis, or take this into account when making travel and accommodation arrangements, this course has been specifically adapted to provide the same high quality but on a non-residential basis.

Course Objectives:
- To provide delegates with a clear understanding of the APM Body of Knowledge.
- To prepare delegates for the APMP examinations.

It is designed for Project Management professionals in any industry. It is appropriate for people working in the management of projects ranging from individual assignments through to large capital projects or company organisational changes.

Examinations:
The course has been designed to prepare delegates for the APM examinations. Please note that the examination is not held on the course. and should be booked separately - The APMP Qualification Examination (APM5X). Optionally delegates may wish to take advantage of a revision day immediately prior to the exam. This can be booked using code APM5R.

Notes:
Delegates will receive a copy of the APM Body of Knowledge before the course.
