Successful interviewing

This one day course is suitable for anyone involved in the interviewing process and will equip delegates with the necessary skills needed to conduct and effective interview and select the appropriate candidate.

During the one day event there will be several interactive exercises designed to;
- Identify the key questions that should be asked at interviews
- Look at the importance of preparation in conducting an interview
- Consider the do's and don't's to effective interviewing
- Encourage delegates to practise through role play
- Analyse their own interview techniques and produce an action plan for taking back into the workplace

The course will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.
