- Definitions of Stress 
- Stress as an occupational health hazard 
- Identification of basic workplace stressors 
- Development of basic controls for work-related stressors 
- Responsibilities imposed under UK legislation

Cost & Method of Payment:
£95.00 + VAT per delegate inclusive of CIEH entry fee and certificate.

Managers, supervisors, team leaders.

Entry Requirements:
Advisable but not essential - CIEH Basic Health and Safety. See RSM001

Qualification obtained at end of course & Awarding Body:
CIEH certificate by tutor assessed delegate workplace assignment

½ Day + assignment

Timetable:
0900 to 1200 and 1300 to 1600 or to meet local requirements

1. On client’s site (min 5 delegates)
