In order to obtain an SIA licence you will need to show that you are trained to the right level. This applies to front-line staff only.

In setting standards for training we have taken into account the changing roles of those already employed in the industry and the requirements for new skills and knowledge.

Training is delivered in two parts as follows:

Part 1 (22.5 hours)

Part 2 – Communication Skills and Conflict Management (7.5 hours)

AIM
To enable the student by completion of the course and successful examination results to apply for the Static and Patrol Security Officer SIA Licence.

DURATION
4 Days.

CERTIFICATION
On successful completion of this course candidates will receive a certificate which will enable the candidate to apply for a Security Industry Authority License.
