Self-Discipline and Emotional Control in the Workplace
Training Description
Managing your emotions under pressure. Does your temper ever get you into trouble? Do you sometimes rub people up the wrong way? Do you ever waste time through overreacting?
If your answers leave you wanting to change your behaviour, come along and find out how to do something about it.
All business is people business. Like it or not, your effectiveness often depends on how people feel about you, and whether or not they support you. Yet, relationships can be fragile. This workshop is designed to help you avoid self-sabotaging those relationships by overreacting and provides an opportunity to develop the steady self-control other people respect and react positively to.
The Course Suits
Anyone, at any level in an organisation, who believes that they are more productive, and that relationships are more effective, when they are in control of themselves (rather than out of control). This course is essential for supervisor training and management development as without it individuals will always be manipulated by the negative emotions they cannot control.
