R.T.I.T.B Fork Truck Instructor Training

Accrediting Body:
RTITB Ltd is an independent and impartial training accreditation body working extensively in the road haulage and distribution industry. RTITB is your single point of contact for over 600 accredited providers of driver and operator training.

Course Aim:
To enable companies to have their own Fork Lift Truck Instructor, who is able to train and examine operators on company premises. The course complies with the approved code of practice issued by the Health & Safety Commission.

Duration:
10 Days.

Target Group:
The employer should carefully select the correct person for the job as instructor. They should be literate and numerate with good presentation skills. The R.T.I.T.B recommends that
candidates have a minimum of 12 months operating experience before they attend the course.
At the end of the course the selected person will have to demonstrate their skills to the R.T.I.T.B. Services Examiner.
