Project Management
Overview
It has been said that a badly-planned project takes about three times as long to complete as expected; whereas a well-planned project only takes twice as long! Managing projects is often treated as something mystical, but in reality a realistic plan can be easily devised and controlled using fairly straightforward techniques.

This is an introductory course which aims to explore essential Project Management principles. Delegates will leave this course with an appreciation of these principles and will be encouraged to consider how they will apply them once back at work.
