PRINCE2™ for Practitioners
PRINCE2™for Practitioners

Introduction

PRINCE2™ is the project management method that provides a guiding framework of processes, principles and techniques and has been proven to be effective on a vast array of projects.
PRINCE2™ offers a business-based and generic, rather than technically specific, process that can be readily applied to a wide variety of large and small business projects. PRINCE2™ works equally effectively in a stand-alone, or a programme environment.
