PRINCE2™ accredited practitioner workshop

The workshop will cover: 
- Reviewing the PRINCE2™processes and components 
- PRINCE2™ controlled start, progress and close 
- Product based planning 
- Detailed review of key PRINCE2™ components 
- Creating key PRINCE2™ control documents 
- Identifying the key PRINCE2™ areas from a scenario of questions 
- Practice answering mock practitioner exam questions.

Workshop study:
There will be a programme of pre-workshop self study (approx 8 hours) using the PRINCE2™ manual. Attendees will be sent a study framework to assist them with this activity. During the workshop delegates will be required to carry out approximately 2 hours of evening study.

Attendee requirements:
Attendees must have previously passed the PRINCE2™ foundation exam and have their own current copy of the PRINCE2™ manual (Managing successful projects with PRINCE2™ – 4th edition 2005). If required a current manual can be purchased from GateHouse at a cost of £65 (inc. p&p).

Who should attend?
Individuals who have previously passed the PRINCE2™ foundation exam, and are involved with managing projects and wish to gain detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2™ project management methodology and achieve the recognised PRINCE2™ project management qualification of
PRINCE2™ practitioner. You will need to provide your foundation exam registration number / exam date upon registering for this workshop.
