About PRINCE2™ :
PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scaleable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide. PRINCE2™ provides a common language for all participants in the project and encourages formal recognition of responsibilities within the project and focuses on what a project is to deliver, when and for whom.

Audience:
This course is designed for delegates who have already passed PRINCE2™ Foundation and wish to convert to PRINCE2™ Practitioner qualification.

Pre-requisites:
PRINCE2™ Foundation qualified.

Pre-Course Study:
PRINCE2™ manual, study guide (14-20 hours mandatory) and pre-course exercises

Day One:
One day recap of the PRINCE2™ methodology and syllabus areas:
- Processes
- Organisation
- Quality Review Technique
- Product Based Planning
- Plans
- Change Control Technique
- Business Case
- Management of Risk
- Configuration Management
- Controls
- Quality in a Project Environment
- Change Control

Day Two:
- Application of PRINCE2™
- Exam preparation and technique

Day Three:
- Further exam preparation
- PRINCE2™ Practitioner Exam (Three Hour Objective Test)
