The PRINCE2 2009 Practitioner Exam Preparation Workshop is an intensive preparation for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. Delegates will undertake multiple sample questions under the direct guidance of the trainer who will provide one-to-one feedback on key areas of success and improvement. This course is delivered using accelerated learning techniques which create fun, interactive and interesting training environments. Delegates attending this course need to have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam. The successful completion of the Practitioner Exam will give the delegate a recognised PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. This course is delivered using accelerated learning techniques which create fun, interactive and interesting training environments. We provide pre-course materials and activities to enable delegates to prepare themselves for the course so that they can take full advantage of the trainer’s knowledge and guidance. Maven Training is a Registered Education Provider for the PMI® and this course carries 7 PDUs (Professional Development Units).

Course Content
Practical Application of PRINCE2 
- Linking the principles, processes and themes to a project scenario 
- Addressing theoretical and practical use of the PRINCE2 method

Exam Preparation 
- Review of exam questions, mapped against key areas of the PRINCE2 manual 
- Review of different question types 
- Exercises answering sample exam questions

The Course Will Benefit 
- Delegates who have written their Foundation exam with Maven Training less than three months prior to attendance 
- Delegates who may not have had success with the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam in the past 
- Delegates who believe they are able to write the Practitioner exam after one intensive day of training

Course Structure 
- Suggested 10 hours of pre-course preparation 
- 2-day course – Saturday and Sunday 
- 2.5-hour open book Practitioner exam on the second day 
- It is assumed that delegates have previously attended a PRINCE2 training course to Foundation Level as this event will concentrate on revision activities and not provide new learning opportunities
