Pre-requisites

The only requirement is an awareness of project work. This course is designed for staff in a junior Team Manager, Project Support or Project Assurance role in a PRINCE2 environment where a formal PRINCE2 Foundation qualification in the project management method is required.

Objectives
Understand the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and techniques of PRINCE2 and be prepared to sit the PRINCE2 Foundation examination. Delegates should be prepared to undertake 10 - 11 hours of pre-course study within the 2 weeks prior to their course and also commit to revision/further study work in the evenings during the course. Delegates will receive the pre-course work and a copy of the PRINCE2 manual prior to their course start date.
