PRINCE2™ Foundation & Practitioner Combined

Who
Project Managers, Project Assurance and Project Support.

Duration
This is an intensive 5 day course with evening work.

Exams
The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice held on day 3. The course concludes with the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Examination being sat. This is a three hour open book examination, which is in the format of objective testing. This is a sophisticated multiple choice style, based on a case study.

Pre-Requisites
20 Hours pre-course study is recommended. PRINCE2™ manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.

Objectives
By the end of this course Participants will be able to:
Understand how to plan and organise PRINCE2™ projects
Use the PRINCE2™ method to ensure quality is delivered
Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2™ project
Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
Apply the PRINCE2™ method to appropriately to projects
Take the PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations

Approach
A combination of trainer led and practical group working, delivered by an APMG approved trainer. All materials are accredited by APMG.
