About the Course:
Equip your front line warehouse and storage supervisors with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to: 
- Manage, organise and operate the storage regime and environment most appropriate to the materials in their care 
- Ensure that your storage operations are conducted to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental standards 
- Provide a level of service that leaves their customers fully satisfied.

This course is designed for line supervisors who have a responsibility for materials storage, materials handling and transport operations. Experience could range from ex-storemen with many years experience to newly recruited graduates on management development programmes.

- Warehouse and yard design and layout
- Management of MHE operations
- Hazardous materials - storage and transport
- Dangerous goods - international regulations
- Industrial compressed gases - storage and transport

- Drummed acids and corrosives- storage and transport
- Vehicle and equipment routine maintenance
- HSE management in logistics operations
- Preservation of materials and equipment in storage
- Manual handling
