This NEBOSH Diploma Unit C training course is held at a number of locations thoughout the UK including Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh in Scotland, Dartford in Kent, Ealing in London and Guildford in Surrey, Birmingham and Kettering in the Midlands, Manchester and Leeds in the North, and Bristol in the South West. This course includes unit C £1470 plus the unit C exam £207.50 (Exculsive of VAT).

Overview
The NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health course provides a nationally
recognised qualification for specialists in Occupational Health and Safety enabling them to gain
corporate membership of IOSH.
The programme consists of 3 separate training modules, covering a total of 35 days and a
3-day pre exam workshop. Delegates are examined through the completion of one single
assignment (8000 words) covering all units of the programme and one exam (3 hours) for each
unit.
The new flexible unitised format now allows you to study for your entire Diploma by module or
join us for the revision and exam sessions.

Duration 
33 days + 3 days examination.

• Principles of Toxicology and Epidemiology.
• Chemical agents – Evaluating risk.
• Hazardous substances – monitoring and maintenance of control measures.
• Biological agents.
• Physical agents – Noise and Vibration.
• Physical agents – Radiation and Thermal.
• Psychosocial agents.
• Ergonomic agents.

Unit C – Workplace and Work Environment (2 x 1 week blocks)
• General Workplace issues.
• Principles of Fire and explosion.
• Workplace Fire precautions.
• Chemical Process safety.
• Work equipment.
• Machinery safety.
• Mechanical handling.
• Electrical safety.
• Safety in Construction and Demolition.
• Environmental Pollution and Waste management.
