MSP™ Practitioner Exam Preparation Weekend

This is a specific event to prepare for the MSP™ Practitioner Examination. Delegates attending this event must have attended the MSP™ Foundation course which was based upon the 2003 or 2007 version of the MSP™ manual. Maven Training is a Registered Education Provider for the PMI® and this course carries 7 PDUs (Professional Development Units).

Learning Objectives

- Review the syllabus of the MSP™ Practitioner examinations

Course Content 
- How programmes come about 
- Identifying the outline of what the programme is to deliver 
- Defining in detail what the programme is to deliver and determining whether it is worthwhile 
- Managing the programme including ensuring benefits, realisation, effective and appropriate 
- Stakeholder Management, handling issues and managing risks across the programme 
- Ensuring that the programme remains worthwhile and aligned to strategic objectives 
- Delivering the required outcomes to the required quality 
- Programme reviews and audit 
- Practical Application Exercises including an opportunity to work in small teams 
- An integrated pack of sample examination questions 
- An opportunity to experience time management for the Practitioner examinations and trainer feedback on the results of the sample papers

Course Structure 
- Suggested 15 hours of pre-course preparation 
- 2-day course running Saturday and Sunday 
- Delegates are encouraged to complete 1-2 hours of evening work for each day of the course
