Course Overview:
The Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method is becoming accepted as the leading Best Practice programme management approach. It is supported by two qualifications: Foundation and Practitioner.

Course Objectives:
This course is designed to provide a basic grounding for MSP skills, giving delegates an idea of what to expect in further MSP programmes. The objectives of the course are to give the delegate an insight of the MSP philosophy, and how it can be used to manage programmes effectively. This course is delivered using the latest 2007 MSP manual and syllabus.

- Defining a Programme
- Managing the Tranches
- Delivering the Capability
- Closing a Programme

In addition delegates will work through case study based exercises.
