Introducing MSP 2007 edition:

OGC has developed a best practice guide on Programme Management called "Managing Successful Programmes" the new version of which was published by The Stationery Office in 2007. The guide comprises a set of Principles and a set of Processes for use when managing a programme.

This one day overview is ideal for those who need a high-level appreciation of the principles, processes and terminology used in this area of 'Best Practice'.

Course Objectives:
To provide a basic awareness of the key aspects of the MSP 2007 Best Practice.

Individuals or teams who are key stakeholders in Programme Management in an organisation adopting MSP, whether they be Project Managers, business managers or board members, who require a basic understanding of the principles, processes and terminology used.
