Microsoft Project 2003 Introduction

Overall Aim:
To introduce new user to Microsoft Project 2003 and to give a broad overview of the facilities and functions available: how to define projects, scope projects, communicate project plans, present project reports and status information and track projects.

Target Group:
Any PC user who has a need to extend their skills in the use of Microsoft Project 2003.

Pre-requisites:
No previous knowledge of Microsoft Project 2003 is required. Participants should have attended an Introduction to Personal Computers and Microsoft Windows course prior to this course and students should have some project management experience (e.g. they should be familiar with the following terms: Gantt Chart, PERT Chart, task, critical path, and resource).
