Participants will learn how to use Microsoft Project to manage a project plan after a project has been initiated.

Target Group:
Any Microsoft Project user who wishes to extend their basic skills for project management.

Pre-requisites:
Participants should be familiar with such terms as Gantt Chart, PERT Chart, task, critical path, and resource. Participants should have already attended or be familiar with the course content of Introduction To Microsoft Project 2003.
