Overview
This course will give you the tools to enable you to become an internal workplace mediator within your organisation. Mediation is a method which resolves disputes and conflict - resolving grievances quickly and confidentially before they escalate and cause time and money.

By giving delegates an understanding of the mediation process and the opportunity to practise, they will leave this course feeling much more confident and better equipped to confront difficult situations and achieve a better outcome for all concerned.
