All staff who are required to lift loads either by manual or mechanical methods.


AIMS:
To develop the skills and knowledge required to enable delegates to lift loads safely, minimising the risk to injury.

- Duties and responsibilities of employees
- Basic anatomy
- Posture
- Kinetic lifting methods
- Causes of back pain
- Risk assessment
- Manual handling equipment

DURATION:
4 hours

TIMES:
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
