Overview:
Our working environments are now more demanding and more competitive than ever. Managing time and work pressures are synonymous. We find ourselves working harder and longer. Recognising the need to evaluate the way we use time is the positive action required to reduce workplace stress. Don’t wait till it’s too late! Work related stress accounts for over a third of all new incidents of ill health and each case leads to an average of 30.9 days of lost productivity.

Course Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify personal challenges in managing time
- Increase time to plan and organise instead of fire fight
- Understand the nature of stress
- Identify personal and organisational causes of stress
- Recognise stress indicators in others
- Apply a range of tools and techniques to make time and reduce stress
- Define three short term objectives towards personal development
