Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Combined Foundation & Practitioner
Overview
Course duration:
5 days.
MSP is an internationally recognised best practice programme management method, that can be tailored to suit any type of working culture and any size or type of programme.
MSP provides a structured framework for defining and managing complex change, particularly where there is a vision of an end state but the path to the solution is not yet clear.
Adoption of MSP is accelerating across both public and private sectors because it leads to more effective, results focussed on the management of change.
This course is an in depth study of the method and includes the highly valued Foundation and Practitioner exams. (Please note that to progress to the Practitioner examination you must have scored at least 60% on the Foundation exam)
This course is delivered in partnership with CoreIS, who are a brand leading APMG Accredited Training Organisation.
