This popular one day course uses interactive exercises to identify various strategies for the setting up and continual assessment of projects. It also looks at risk management and how complacency and assumptions can ruin project implementation.

The course will cover: 
- Strategies for setting up and continually assessing projects. 
- How to ensure projects are completed to the set standards and timescale. 
- Understanding the importance of risk assessment. 
- The duties/skills of an effective project manager.

On this course you will also find out: 
- Common mistakes many project managers make. 
- How a really negative attitude can be a bonus to being a successful project manager.

The course will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.

The cost of attending the course is £175 per person.
