This 1-day workshop trains delegates in the key stages to effectively manage organisational change. Delegates will learn how to build momentum for change acceptance by identifying stakeholders, securing buy-in, & creating an environment to sustain intiatives. Skills will be practised in effective communication, dealing with reactions to change. The importance of embedding change & sustaining progress will also be examined.
