Summary
Understanding multi-agency major incident management is vital for those with responsibilities as ‘responders’ under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004. It is also important for those involved in business continuity management in relation to how a major incident, from within or externally, will impact upon a business and how they can minimise that impact by engaging effectively with emergency responders. This two-day course includes an exercise to consolidate and practice new learning.

The course will benefit:
All Business Continuity professionals and members of Incident Management teams. All Category 1 and 2 responders including the emergency services at operational and tactical levels.
