This intensive 8-day programme (delivered in 2 modules of 4 days) is designed to lift people from Green Belt Status to Black Belt status. In these modules delegates will be exposed to the complex statistics, tools and methods that are necessary for them to function as a competent Black Belt. It will enable them to lead Black Belt level projects and to supervise and mentor Green Belt Projects.

Delegates will be required to attend the programme with a suitable business project to be worked on during the programme using the tools learned. The delegates will be under the supervision and support of one of our Master Black Belts.

This programme is specifi cally aimed at the requirements of a Black Belt in an Operational or Manufacturing environment.
