How to use Value Stream Mapping to understand Waste and develop the future state. The use and implementation of Process Flow Mapping and Kanban tools. All Lean Group Trainers are practicing Lean Consultants and will effectively illustrate Lean Tools and Techniques with reference to real world examples... not just theory.

This can be completed as a 1 day course and is also the 2nd day of the 5 day Advanced course.
