5S (Workplace Organisation) a systemised and methodical approach, allowing teams to organise their workplace in the safest and most efficient manner. An understanding of Kaizen & Lean Foundations and Standard Operating Procedures. All Lean Group Trainers are practicing Lean Consultants and will effectively illustrate Lean Tools and Techniques with reference to real world examples... not just theory.

This can be completed as a 1 day course and is also the 3rd day of the 5 day Advanced course.
