An overview of lean tools and their application, including a lean simulation to demonstrate key points. All Lean Group Trainers are practicing Lean Consultants and will effectively illustrate Lean Tools and Techniques with reference to real world examples... not just theory.

Duration:
This course can be completed as a 1 day course and is also the first day of the 5 day Advanced course.
