This course provides comprehensive first-level training for anyone interested in the provision, support and delivery of IT services.

The aim of the course will be to give you an overview of the topics in ITIL® Version 3 as follows:

-Service Strategy
-Service Design
-Service Transition
-Service Operation
-Continual Service Improvement

It finishes with an optional one-hour multiple-choice examination for the V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and it is a pre-requisite for the further training in ITIL Version 3 that leads to the ITIL Diploma in IT Service Management.
