This three-day workshop introduces the internationally recognised best practice concepts of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) and allows the opportunity to achieve the recognised ITIL® foundation certificate in IT service management. The one-hour ITIL® foundation exam will take place at the end of the third day. The workshop will consist of presentations, discussions and group exercises in preparation for the exam.
