About the Course:
This course is suitable for all managers wishing to learn and develop their management technique. Using interactive and thought provoking exercises designed to improve management styles and techniques, this course will cover:

- The managers role
- Time managment techniques
- Motivation
- Aspects of communication including feedback
- Delegation

This one day course will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.
