Making a poor recruitment decision can be a costly mistake. Many people can talk the talk during their interview, but how do you know how candidates will actually perform in the workplace? This is a two-day course that will enable participants to create job descriptions, prepare interview questions, carry out and assess competency-based interviews.

- Exploring the range of selection tools and techniques available to employers 
- Drawing up your selection criteria 
- Preparing for the interview 
- Building rapport and setting the scene 
- Conducting a competency based/behavioural interview 
- Reviewing and scoring candidate performance.
