To be able to prepare and conduct: 
- Formal interview 
- Appraisal interview 
- Disciplinary interview 
- Welfare interview 
To understand the requirements for appropriate recording and follow-up action. 
To provide practical experience of conducting all types of interview.

RTS/020:All managers/supervisors who have the need to carry out staff/selection/appraisal
interviews.

0900 to 1200 and 1300 to 1600 or to meet local requirements
