A two-week programme comprised of two 5-day courses in consecutive weeks.

This programme is made up of the following two 5-day courses:
"Workplace Relationships: Interpersonal Skills for relating to People When Working in Groups and Teams" and "Stakeholders in the Supply Chain - Managing expectations, Contributions and Needs".

Designed for senior front-line staff with responsibility for both managing their own teams and working constructively at the interface with stakeholders from other parts of the organisation, and from other organisations such as government departments, suppliers, customers etc.
