Integrated Management Systems - Internal Auditing (ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
Integrated Management Systems - Internal Auditing (ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

More organisations are now showing an interest in developing an integrated approach to
their management of quality, environment and health and safety. The common areas to these
three management disciplines provide scope for organisations to increase the effectiveness
and efficiency of their business.
Integration of management systems obviously has an impact on the way internal audits are
conducted and this one-day course has been designed to give delegates, not only an
awareness of the value of integrated management systems, but also an overview of the
implications for internal audits.

The course is intended to prepare internal auditors for informed decision-making and to assist
them in positively influencing the organisations success. By reference to ISO 19011
(Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing) delegates will be
shown the role of internal auditors and how they interface with other management activities.
