This training aims to introduce delegates to a range of influencing skills with everyday application in the work environment. Focusing on persuasion and communication in its purest sense, this course will provide delegates with the confidence to communicate effectively and to influence others with conviction and clarity.
It is a practical and enlightening session supported by various exercises and role-plays.
As a result of this training, delegates will understand their own influencing style and that of others. They will be empowered to influence effectively and appropriately, through new skills, increased confidence and heightened awareness of self as an influencer.
