- Designing your competency framework for recruitment purposes; identifying, recording and judging evidence of competence through exercises and questioning techniques

- Managing performance and development using competencies in the appraisal process
- Putting value on job roles and rewarding appropriately
- How to use competencies within the disciplinary process
- How to involve your employees in the design of a competency framework
- How to communicate this change of process within your organisation to achieve the best results
- The way forward: Making it work – a personal action plan"
