About the Course:
How often do you and your managers take a step back and review the processes that you run, checking to ensure that they are they at the peak of efficiency and that they are actually making a valuable impact towards achieving the business goals of the organisation?
In many cases the answer will be “not often enough”! Yet most business leaders concur with the need for ongoing internal evaluation of business processes in an effort to maximise there efficiencies, generating an improved contribution to the business margin.
Even so, it is also the painful truth that whilst many managers do recognise the need to improve their processes but are extremely anxious about both the consequences of implementing the changes and their personal vulnerability within the process of change.
Equip your staff with:
- The ability to make a critical analysis of your business processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Techniques for redesigning business processes to bring you improvements
- Skills to implement the improvements so that you achieve the benefits.
This practical course has been designed to be of value to participants who are in a position to be able to influence and implement improvements to the business. It will also be appropriate for graduate entrants and development trainees. Participants are expected to bring to the course a business improvement project, which they are intending to implement within their organisation.
