What Is The Course About?
This course is ideal for all CRAs with more than one year of experience and in particular, CRAs who are looking to be promoted to a lead CRA role. You will also find this course of interest if you want to understand the full role and responsibilities of the CRA.

- Understand the differences between a CRA and a lead/senior CRA
- Have an understanding of Project Management
- Understand Protocol and CRF Design
- Be able to motivate Investigators who in turn will ensure that your trial is completed effectively
- Be able to influence recruitment rates
