This one day course will be useful for anyone who has to deal with conflict either pro-actively or reactively.
The course is structured to allow delegates to see conflict from both parties' points of view offering lots of hints and tips to encourage delegates to move towards a win/win situation.
By the end of the course delegates will have:
-Considered what conflict is and how managing expectations can reduce the intensity of it.
-Looked at the common incorrect ways people deal with conflict.
-Examined how to use a powerful behavioural tool for dealing with conflict.
-Understood how conflict arises from the other person's point of view.
-Learnt and practised the key skills to use when handling conflict.
All delegates attending this event will receive a full colour reference pack to take away.
This course wil be taking place at the North Euston Hotel in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The course will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 12.30 followed by lunch.
