HSE Approved First Aid at Work - Requalification
 
This 2 day course is designed to re-qualify delegates who have a current First Aid at Work
certificate, which is approaching the 3 year expiry date. The course fully re-qualifies the delegate for a further 3 years, to the standards as laid down by the Health & Safety Executive

First Aid Regulations
On successful completion delegates will be awarded a certificate in first aid at work valid
for 3 years. In addition to excellent training, the course includes all course books, assessment,
certification - and a free first aid kit for each delegate.

Course SkillBase: 
- Basic life support (CPR – all ages) 
- Spinal & head injuries 
- Choking, asthma & breathing problems 
- Unconsciousness 
- Bleeding, wounds & burns 
- Fractures, muscle & joint injuries 
- Heart attacks & other heart conditions, 
- Shock, anaphylaxis, 
- Strokes & concussion 
- Diabetes, poisoning, fitting & epilepsy, 
- First aider responsibilities

Who is this course aimed at?
This course is available to delegates who hold a current First Aid at Work certificate, which
has not yet expired. A copy of the certificate is required.

Do delegates get a certificate?
Yes! Upon successful completion delegates will be awarded a Health & Safety Executive
approved certificate in first aid at work valid for 3 years.

- Usually runs from 09.30 - 16.30 
- Includes course materials, tea, coffee and complimentary lunch.
