First Aid - Appointed Person

Who is the training intended for?
For suitable volunteers working in low risk environments, or on sites where there are less than 5 persons working.

Aims and Objectives:
To ensure that delegates have the skills and knowledge to carry out the duties of an Appointed Person in line with current legislation.

Following the course, delegates will be able to:
- State the principles of First Aid
- Carry out cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
- Place a casualty in the recovery position
- Select and apply dressings to injuries
