The Facilitator Training Workshop is for those who are new to facilitation and those that already undertake facilitation as part of their management role. This workshop will provide an opportunity to benchmark your experiences against best-practise facilitation techniques and formalise your knowledge of the process and skills associated with facilitation. This is an opportunity to raise issues and problems that you have experienced and to identify solutions and options for future facilitations with the trainer and with the other attendees.

It’s a very hands-on workshop, with plenty of opportunity to participate and practice your skills. The trainer of this event will illustrate the facilitation techniques with personal experience, and discuss the advantages and challenges of each aspect of facilitation in relation to how it has worked for them in the past.
