About the Course:

Business Functions working together:
Facilitated workshops (often called Joint Applications Development, or JAD, sessions) are a powerful decision making approach for defining business needs, system requirements, initiating projects and for achieving consensus on contentious or difficult issues. Workshops effectively overcome problems encountered within traditional business process or systems development.

Guidance is given on organising workshops, the roles played by the various participants and the management of risk.

Course Objectives:
By the end of the course delegates should have gained sufficient skills to plan and facilitate effective workshops.

The course is suitable for those who wish to develop facilitation skills to run workshops more effectively, or anybody who considers the use of Facilitated workshops.
