The Speakers
Diane Hodgson, Director of Coaching and Management Development, Diane is a leading management development specialist, trainer, coach and psychotherapist. She combines team and organisational development ability with her expertise in transforming individual performance to deliver outstanding results for clients. Diane lead JSB’s management development and coaching teams. She has been a trainer and facilitator for the past 20 years, designing and running training and consultancy projects in a wide range of organisational, management and personal development areas. Diane works across all industry sectors. Diane is a Principle Consultant in our HR faculty. She brings her knowledge and experience of Gestalt psychology to her work –field theory, phenomenology and dialogue – enabling participants to increase their awareness, impact and influence. She helps people to handle and facilitate challenging situations minimising the potential for conflict and maintaining constructive dialogue. Her approach is practical and focused on the integration of new skills. Diane is currently researching the diversity aspects of complaints/grievances and the implications for mediation.
